We have attempted to recreate the appearance of our jewellery as closely as possible on our website, but the detail and colour you see will depend on your monitor.
Change Of Mind
You can return any merchandise you purchase from www.burrowsjewellers.com.au at your local Burrows Jewellers store with your receipt/packing slip, within 14 days for a refund or exchange, as long as the merchandise is in "As New Condition".
"As New Condition" is when the item has not been worn, is in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear, and is accompanied by the original receipt and packaging. This policy excludes lay-bys and items ordered specifically for the customer.
It is at Burrows Jewellers' discretion to determine whether the goods are of "As New Condition".
Special orders and hand-made pieces of jewellery are not eligible for the Change of Mind Policy.
We do not refund shipping costs for Change of Mind. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Described Items
If returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described item, Burrows Jewellers will cover the return postage or refund postage costs upon presentation of receipt (s). This is subject to inspection by Burrows Jewellers before the goods are returned to us. If you need assistance regarding this process, please contact admin@burrowsjewellers.com.au
Warranties - Australian Consumer Law
Many of our products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. We are unable to review items via email or phone. All items must be physically returned either via mail or in person to be assessed. Please contact us for verification before returning your item or visiting any of our stores.
Returns Procedure
You may return new items sold and fulfilled online within 14 days of delivery.
Contact our customer service team on (03) 5023 2357 or admin@burrowsjewellers.com.au to initiate a return. You will need to provide your order details and the reason for return.
Items should be returned with the original packaging and paperwork (such as certificates or watch instructions/warranty booklets). If you choose to ship your order back to us rather than taking it to your local Burrows store, you are responsible for the cost of return postage and any shipping and handling charges you may incur. The same 14-day period applies to refunds or exchanges, so please have the return package postmarked within the period based on the date we shipped the order to you.
We suggest that you ship your order via Courier or Express Post to enable tracking of your return. (Burrows Jewellers will take no responsibility for goods lost in the post.
How to return a purchase via shipment:
Contact Burrows Jewellers for verification.
Circle the items on your receipt/packing slip that you are returning.
Indicate whether it is a replacement or a refund request.
Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both the sender's address and Burrows Jewellers address are clearly displayed.
Ship your merchandise via Registered, Express Post, or Courier to:

Note: All returns are subject to inspection and Quality Assurance before any refunds or exchanges are processed.
Any refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Tracking and Signature on Delivery is recommended.
